We’re rehabilitating this historic property as a mixed-use commercial and retail space as part of our revitalization of the Midtown Village neighborhood.

A 19th-century retail haven, the Swartz Building was originally home to hat manufacturer John B. Stetson Co. and Swartz Furniture. The Swartz Building will feature four floors of open concept office space for creative tech companies, as well as two spaces for retail stores or restaurants. Located adjacent to The Collins, the Swartz Building is revitalizing the entire 1100 block of Chestnut Street in Midtown Village, Philadelphia as a place to live, work, and play.

The Swartz Building is currently under construction.
