Brickstone acquired the 660,000 sf property from the Federal Savings & Loan Insurance Corporation and performed a gut rehabilitation for the new SEPTA HQ pursuant to a turnkey development contract.

In 1993, the Southeast Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) purchased the building and Brickstone acted as the turnkey developer to renovate the building and transform it into SEPTA’s new headquarters.
