David Miller is involved in all aspects of Brickstone’s transactions and operational activities, and concentrates on structuring, documenting and consummating joint ventures, investments, acquisitions, dispositions, leases and financings, as well as other contractual matters.  Mr. Miller brings almost 40 years of experience as a real estate attorney and principal, which permits Brickstone to efficiently handle the most complex transactions, and, when necessary, to closely supervise and coordinate outside counsel.

Before joining Brickstone as a partner, Mr. Miller was an equity partner at Greenberg & Glusker, a major Los Angeles law firm, where he represented some of the West Coast’s largest and most sophisticated real estate developers, investors and financial institutions.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor’s Degree in economics from Brown University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Columbia University Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.  Mr. Miller resides in New York City.
